About

Who publishes framewire, what it covers, and how it is paid for.

What this is

FRAMEWIRE is a motion-first briefing desk. It watches a small number of fast-moving technology beats and republishes the clips that actually carry information, with the original creator credited on every card.

Nothing here is generated. Every frame on this site was published by a person, and every item links back to the page it came from so a reader can check the source rather than trust us.

How items are chosen

Candidates are collected continuously from public timelines on each beat. An item has to clear three bars before it can appear: it must contain real motion footage, it must have a headline that survives being read on its own, and it must still resolve upstream at publication time.

Ranking mixes engagement with recency, weighted so that a strong clip from four hours ago outranks a stronger one from yesterday. There is no editorial thumb on the scale for individual accounts.

How it is paid for

Two ways, both visible on the page: clearly labelled sponsor slots, and direct reader contributions. There is no paywall, no registration, no newsletter capture, and no data sold to anyone.

Sponsored slots never appear inside the editorial run of a card wall and are always marked. If you cannot tell which items are paid, that is a bug and we want to hear about it.
