When it comes to price alone, the story seems simple. However, when comparing the official blogs of both companies, there is a structural gap. OpenAI often uses Opus 5 (older generation) as a comparison target for Sol, and Anthropic uses GPT-6 Astra (top level) as a comparison target for Opus 5.5.
