STOP asking Opus 5.5 to invent motion from scratch.
Good motion still starts with taste + creative direction. when you give AI nothing, it falls back to the same generic shit everyone else is posting. left is thednyx’s original. right is opus's version rebuilt with my own
If AI and humans compete in StarCraft, who will do better?
1. There is a benchmark called StarSkirmish that actually tests this. 2. The method is a bit interesting: LLMs are given one hour and have them create a bot in C++ within that time. Run practice matches on your own and watch replays to continually adjust your strategy. 3. The bot thus completed can participate in the tournament.
Every single open source repo should have an explainer video like this 7min one for SQLite
1. explains what the repo does and why its useful 2. shows a high level map of the code (beautiful graphic!) 3. life of a query through the codebase 4. the core abstractions in the repo 5.
This blew up over X and YouTube!
Both devs & gamers alike enjoyed not just the game, but also learning about the process of developing Pressure Wash Panic. I've been shipping lots of updates thanks to Opus 5: new clients, street runs, outfits, daily streaks, achievements.
